We make Hunt/Van Hoesen and Pfeiffer Style profiler blades in D2 steel and with carbide tips. We also offer sharpening services to refurbish worn blades. (Blades must be inspected on an individual basis to determine if they can be restored.)

We are now offering Hunt / Van Hoesen and Pfeiffer style blades in a third material.
These new powdered metal blades are intended to fill a gap between our D-2 and carbide blades now available. The sharpness and smooth cutting of D-2 with far superior edge holding characteristics and durability only surpassed by solid carbide.
